Easy Healthy Breakfast



Banana Pancakes 🥞 

Okay. So this is not really my original recipe. I just wanted to share this recipe that I have encountered whilst browsing my newsfeed.

It’s a two-ingredient pancake, perfect for hasty and lazy mornings 😉

The only two ingredients that we’re gonna need are:


Yep, that’s right. Well, obviously. Haha.

Instructions:

Smash ’em bananas then beat those eggs!

Smash two bananas in a bowl until creamy. In a separate bowl, whisk two eggs until the white and yolk are completely mixed. Then combine and wait for magic to begin, pancakes.

In a non-stick frying pan, put the mixture in fractions and cook until golden like this 🥞 No need for any cooking oil!

This recipe makes four healthy pancakes, enjoy! I did.
